“actually hit each other’s” Actually hit each other.
“Are born”: “they are born"
The title in the template is “Beach Cheekhorn”, when that’s actually its ancestor.

@Hydromancerx did you see the above comment?

I still feel like the torso is way too compressed, it just looks like it has no room for guts at all...

I mean, it's as compressed as a giraffe, proportionally speaking.

As Disgustedorite said, it's as compressed as a giraffe. The limited gut capacity was justified through my suggestion that it mainly eat highly digestible tissues, which was incorporated into the description. Technically speaking, most herbivores would eat highly digestible tissues like new shoots or leaves if they could, but this one just makes it explicit.

I was going to say "yeah, but it looks like its just nothing but a ribcage"

And then I looked up a giraffe skeleton

Turns out they also have pretty much just a ribcage for their entire torso. So I guess thats not a problem.

Though i did notice that this guy still only have three digits on each limb, rather than the four seen in their direct ancestor. Plus there has been no mention in the description that describes a digit being lost. I also see that the skull is not that deep, would that potentially limit their diet to the softer parts of flora since i imagine a less deep skull means less powerful jaw muscles and thus a weaker bite.

Here is the redraw of that species, which was discussed by 1g1 the whole way through. He himself said that it had 4 toes, just that they were hidden from view.

It's more or less like a Gerenuk. Long limbs but the body is about the same as other antelope.

So your species does have 4 toes? they just aren't visible due to the angle?

That does sound like a good fix

Opinion: Pending: There are multiple typos remaining: see the December 28 message on Page 2 and January 15 message on Page 3. The capitalization errors may be the most conspicuous and important. Were it not for the capitalization errors, the typos may have been slight enough to justify being corrected after the fact on the wiki.
