How do they handle winter in the temperate regions and what predators are using eyesight that they are using their dark coloration to hide from?

Maybe it’s just me, but personally the shade of blue used here makes it really hard to distinguish the line art, especially the limbs (it kind of makes it look like it has limbs with two claws and the other limbs are obscured rather than four with one claw), maybe you could use a color other than black for the lineart? Or make the limbs otherwise more defined?

Maybe just recoloring the outline at points like that to a grey?

It's commonly practiced in cartoons to invert outline color on dark objects.

Unless changing the entire outline color makes more sense.

Adding shading and lighting may also somewhat help the issue.

Fixed the lineart to make it easier to see the limbs, I suspected it was a problem, but wasn't sure how much of a problem it would be.
