When I said new row, does that imply going sideways? Because I meant going from front to back. If that still doesn't work then ill make it denticles like you did.

New teeth on the jaw that are not connected to the tooth making up the end would not be rigidly attached to the jaw anyway. A denticle partially covered by the lip-gums is probably what you want to go for.
