What is the hold exactly going to be useful for?

Proposal:
• A place to put WIP submissions (it kinda turns the WIP thread into its own channel)
• A kind of stack overflow for submissions

A person should only have 2 submissions in The Hold, at a time.

A submission in ‘The Hold’ cannot be reviewed.

This was not approved when you posted it on the discord. You are not gonna have more luck on the forum. Also, I'd say "nice try" about you posting submissions in the hold, but the try was not actually very nice because it was detected immediately and they were graveyarded.

Use the WIP thread. Do not submit species when you are over the limit.
