So how do these interact with other species of shrog while at sea, outside of taking over abandoned nests? In fact, how does it usually go for any shrog doing so? Would they raid other nests of other species for materials... do they simply ignore each other, or would a more territorial response be initiated?

It fills a different niche from seashrog and uses lower-quality wood, so I don't think the two species would fight.
